In July 2025, the Center for Arts and Physical Education (CAPE) was launched with a mission to pursue excellence by delivering high-quality teaching, enhancing service, and bridging the gap between academic research and practical application. Rooted in fine arts, music, and physical education, CAPE nurtures minds through the emotional resonance of art and the dynamic vitality of sport, constructing a multidimensional education framework that integrates general education immersion, foundational skill cultivation, and elite talent incubation.

Beyond systematically training preprimary and primary educators in artistic perception, physical literacy, and pedagogical expertise, CAPE designs tailored undergraduate and postgraduate programmes to cultivate future leaders in education, which emphasize professional depth, innovative thinking, and global perspectives, injecting sustainable momentum into learner’s career development.

Guided by the ethos of “Harmony of Moral Integrity and Artistic Excellence”, CAPE harmonizes the transformative power of art with the spiritual strength of sports.
